About Us

This provides answers to the customer's most frequently asked questions.

Q: When should we register our wedding?
A: Weddings should be registered at least three months in advance.

Q: Do we need an appointment?
A: No. You can come in anytime to register your wedding. We do take appointments for later try-ons, so that we may give you our full attention!

Q: When should our wedding people be fitted?
A: We would like all initial fittings to be finished by one month before your wedding.

Q: What if someone is from out of town?
A: Because Churchill’s is affiliated with Jim’s Formal Wear stores throughout the nation, your out-of-town fittings can be made in any of over 5,000 other affiliates. Just click on www.jimsformalwear.com and click at the top of the page [Find a Store].

Q: Does the wedding party try-on the tuxes before the wedding?
A: Yes! We have your in town people try-on Thursday evening between 4pm and 7pm. We ask that your out-of-town guests be in before 3:00pm Friday afternoon so that they may try on. We make all adjustsments in our in store tailor shop.

Q: What if a guest arrives late the night before the wedding?
A: No Problem! Because we do all tailoring in the store, we can do an immediate final fitting first thing Saturday morning so as to accommodate your late guest.

Q: What if we are having a Friday wedding?
A: Again no problem! We move all fittings up by one day.

Q: When must the tuxedos be returned?
A: All tuxedos must be returned between 9:00am and 8:00pm on the following Monday. If that Monday is a legal holiday, then the tuxes must be returned on Tuesday between 9:00am and 5:30pm.
